Application & Hiring Process
We are now accepting applications. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Clicking this link will bring you to our Campwise portal. You must create your own login (not the one your parents use to register you for camp). If you have trouble logging in to complete the application, please email Heather at campdirector@4hcampct.org
Complete the Junior Counselor Application (teens must fill out the application themselves). Parents, if your teen is accepted as a Junior Counselor, we will put them in our registration system and you then will be able to fill out all applicable medical paperwork.
Each Applicant will receive an in-person or Zoom interview lasting 20-25 mins. Interview times will be made available after review of the application.
If you are accepted as a Junior Counselor you will receive a contract that must be signed by the teen and their legal guardian. Junior Counselors must attend a minimum of 3 weeks of resident camp. You may do as many weeks as you would like. As long as you have three resident camp weeks you can do day camp weeks as well.
